Florida Re-Build Program:

FCWB is pleased to announce that it has been awarded grant funding for a Florida Re-Build program in our four (4) county region.  Florida Re-Build offers subsidized on-the-job training for people who want to work in the construction trades.  Fields of training may include roofing, masonry, carpentry, concrete finishing, plumbing, or heating, ventilation and air conditioning.  Training can be as short as several weeks or longer and more advanced for those who want to learn and earn more.  Florida Re-Build is open to Floridians of all skill levels.  Construction in Florida is booming and it’s time to register for this program so you can begin building your own bright future.

Interested parties should contact Lester McKellum of The Greater Lake City Community Development Corporation, Inc., FCWB’s Re-Build Program Coordinator.  Mr. McKellum can be reached at 386-752-9785 or 904-635-2021 (cell).
