Volunteers of America - Florida: Volunteers of America is the nation’s largest non profit provider of quality affordable housing for people with special needs.  The agency was the recipient of a HUD Grant to provide housing for eleven homeless and disabled veterans in Lake City.

Experience Works is a national, nonprofit, community-based organization whose mission is to put the experience of older individuals to work.  Originally named Green Thumb, and chartered in 1965 as a small, rural demonstration program, Experience Works has grown to be the nation’s leading provider of training, employment, and community service for low-income older people.

On Eagles Wings: This program provides shelter, counseling and other transitional services in a faith-based environment for female and male ex-offenders upon release from the Florida Department of Corrections. Applications for enrollment may be mailed or faxed to On Eagles Wings.
